A datasheet in Access is not the same as a worksheet in Excel and it does not have a fixed amount of columns, rows and cells. So there is no answer to the question. Dec 30, 2018 · I don't get it. Sometimes Access remembers the widths of Forms in Datasheet view, sometimes it doesn't. I can resize the column headers while in Datasheet mode, right click the form and Save it. Close the form and when reopened the column width saved. Other times the column widths won't save by this method. perform in a spreadsheet, like sorting and filtering records and changing column widths and order. Unlike Excel, Access does not care about column or sort order; all of the data in each record will be kept together regardless of how we move the columns or records.
